Hat Girls On The Go!

Did you know that one of our favorite things to do is travel?  It's true!  Both Hat Girls love to be on the go.  We have traveled many times together and always have a blast.  We also travel with friends and family quite often.

Recently, we both checked out for the weekend and hit the road.

Read on to hear about where we went!

Amanda stayed in Southern California and went to see some family and visit her husband all in the same trip.  Her hubby works for Chino Fire and was on shift over the weekend.  Turns out, her cousin's family was at a soccer tournament nearby and she got to see them as well.  A friend's daughter was also in the same tournament so she got to enjoy dinner and some fun with that family too.

Rae Marie became part of  Chino fire when Amanda snapped this pic...Hot Hot Hot!!!

After a day of fun with friends, family, and the fire crew, Amanda headed home.  She had a blast!

Lynn left Southern California.  In fact, she left the country!  A trip down south was long overdue to see some friends and visit the wine country of Valle de Guadalupe near Ensenada, Mexico.  Baja is always a yes for Lynn!

Rae Marie ventured into the vineyeards when Lynn snapped these pictures.

Ensenada and Valle are less than 2 hours from where the Hat Girls live so it is so easy to enjoy the scenery, the wine, the culture, and the yummy food of Baja!  On this trip, Lynn tried 2 new wineries that made for some fun pictures and provided good times laughing and making memories with friends.

The hotel accomodations were top notch in Ensenada.  Hotel Coral y Marina came highly recomended a few years ago and never disapoints.  Make sure to check it out if you are in the area and need a place to stay.  Every room has a view of the marina and some packages include breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel.  The property has an indoor as well as an outdoor pool.  There was even a wedding on site that evening which made for some fun music in the background while sipping wine on the balcony.

Have you traveled down to Valle de Ensenda?  Let us know in the comments.  We would love to know your favorite wineries or "viniculos" as they are called in Mexico!
